Mother's Day Bookmark

Mother’s Day is just around the corner.  I am still designing the bookmark pattern and am not sure yet what design I will use for this bookmark.  I have explored a few alternatives but none really appeal at this time.  I am not sure whether to create something more traditional or go with my natural instinct and create a more contemporary design.  I will give it more thought.

I have a particularly busy week this week so this will be a short post.  

Thought for the day is another passage from Patrick Lindsay’s book.  I have chosen the passage for my personal reasons today but hope you like it too.

It’s never too late

To look on the bright side

Make this our starting point.

Look to the lighter side.

Choose happy over sad.

Lover over hate.

Good over bad.

Hope over despair.

Put the dark side behind you.

That way the shadows will fall behind you.
