Apple Orchard and Hearts to cross stitch !

10th September 2009

Last day before my annual vacation !  I thought I would also have a vacation from blogging for a little while to completely refresh myself and hopefully gain some additional inspiration.

I leave you with a little chart to use for a border or even for a little card.  I have designed it to be stitched on linen. When stitching a cross stitch  design, my preference is to work on linen even if it is a little more difficult.  I think the result is better and finer.

Update May 2012 – This chart has now been removed and is no longer available.  Make sure to buy your Happy Threads chart as soon as they are released or you could miss out.  In the meantime why not visit the Happy Threads Shop and see the latest charts and stitching news.

I wish you well for the next little while as I go and have a rest.  ”Remember to Live your dreams Love your Life !”

Happy Stitching and have fun !  I know I will !

This is so cute, Charlie! I wish I could stitch on linen but with my bad eyes, I have trouble seeing the holes, and that’s with a magnifier.

    Hi Patty

I agree stitching on linen is very difficult and I have just had to get bifocal glasses myself and am struggling a little more these days stitching with linen. But isn’t it so beautiful when done on linen. Thank you very much for your comment.
