Just a Thank You

Beautiful Beach

As I sit at my little desk this Saturday afternoon I look outside my window now that I am back home and notice the sky outside is dark grey and threatening to rain.  We are back from our vacation but I cannot resist looking back on the photos I took while we were away.  This particular photo shows a most beautiful beach where we spent half a day enjoying the view and sunshine.  The boys played beach soccer on the beach and I sat there quietly watching them taking in the spectacular view.  The world truly has some beautiful places.

Today’s free chart is for a thank you card.  Sometimes it is nice to give someone a thank you card and its even nicer to stitch it and then insert it into specially cut out cards.  You can buy the cards at various craft shops.

I will stitch the starfish design on linen and then cut out the design and paste it onto a half page of A4 paper or cardboard.  Bright red cardboard might look nice.  For those of you who read my blog regularly you will realise that like many other projects I am stitching this might take me a while.  If only I could get all the ideas in my head and translate them immediately into reality it would make life much easier.  I am disappointed that my mind and the ideas I generate race ahead of my poor body who has to try and keep up !
