Kitty in a hot air balloon to cross stitch

Tuesday 6 October 2009

Here is hoping to a productive and happy day.  It has all started well so far.

I think the whole world loves charts with little cats.  So do I.  Today’s free chart is again a very easy and fun little chart to cross stitch.  Maybe a little chart for a child’s room.  The theme is a little Kitty in a hot air balloon and the thought behind the chart is about helping others.  I was inspired to create the chart by the book “A pocketful of sequins” which is a book dedicated to women and men who have lost their lives to breast cancer.  My own family has been affected by breast cancer twice so I am very passionate about this cause.  I have seen that cancer causes so much sadness and devastation to families.  The sooner we can find a cure for all cancers the better !

One of the women in the book – Maxine says “If you can help on person to travel her journey with a little more easy, you have done good in the world”.

The chart as usual is for personal use only.

See you soon !
