Another Christmas heart to cross stitch

Tuesday  17 November 2009

It’s close to cicada season again.  As we approach summer they are getting ready to make their loud screeching noise in the trees as the hot sun beats down on them.  One of them was on the faucet outside my front door.  They are the most beautiful green.

So with very limited time again today I have created a very simple straightforward Christmas heart to cross stitch.

It is to be stitched on linen using one color only.  I chose red but you can choose any you want.  I thought that I might use it as a Christmas decoration.  Hopefully I will have time this week to stitch it.  If I do I will show you the result.

Yes as usual the copyright restrictions apply.

Thought for the day is;

People who soar are those who refuse to sit back and wish things would change !”

Are you in “wish” mode or are you doing something to help you soar ?

Have a fantastic day !  Tomorrow I will profile the work of a fantastic embroiderer.  Her work is exquisite and she was kind enough to want to share it with me and to allow me in turn to share her work with you.

Charlie
