Second last day before the end of my Christmas/New Year break.  It has been so nice to spend time with my family and I have recharged my batteries in time for a busy January and February at work.  Another year ahead full of promise and possibilities.

The free chart today is another bird chart.  A little blue flying bird needlepoint.  I made this one for my son who has put it on his bedroom wall.  He tells me that he likes the little charts I stitch just for him.   This free chart is a beginner chart.  I stitched on plastic canvas as the design keeps its shape so there is no need to stretch the design afterwards.  You could also transform the needlepoint into a fridge magnet.
