Cross stitch abstract beetle No 2

How are you feeling today ?  Are you in a good mood ?  Are you chosing to be happy ?  I have read and know that we can choose to be any mood we want to be.  This concept of choice is an interesting one because it lives alongside how our bodies react and how we feel.

If we feel anxious about something, how do we then chose to feel calm when the exterior situation has not changed and continues to be stressful.  I have not mastered the art yet of always being able to chose how I feel and how I will react to situations no matter what else is going on around me.  If you know how to do that then please share it with us !

Yesterday’s post was a free cross stitch beetle in hues of blue and purple.

Today’s free cross stitch pattern is the same beetle, give or take a stitch, in hues of deep reds, olives and greens.  I find it amazing that the same design can look so different just by changing the colors.
