Do you have those grey days ?  Those days when everything is grey and there is no color ?  You know those days.  We all have them.  It is not always peaches and cream… every day … is it ?

On my way to work today it was grey and raining.  Autumn is here.  It’s cold.   I saw a crow on the light pole and was inspired to design a cross stitch just for the occasion.  A cross stitch for those grey days.

This is another example of some the experimental charts I design from time to time.  The chart is not for general release but I thought I would share it with you anyway.

The chart contains probably far too many grey tones and it would be a little boring to stitch.  Nevertheless I think it reflects the coldness of the day.  I love the way the use of colors can convey different moods.

Have a wonderful weekend and relax and take it easy where you are.  I hope your weekend is filed with yellow sunshine and warmth.
