Ltd is the designer and owns all the copyright of all the charts and patterns on this website.   The charts whether free or purchased are you for your PERSONAL USE ONLY and when purchasing or downloading a chart you agree to follow the rules below.  If you see anyone on the internet using these charts or designs from this website in contravention of the rules below I would be grateful if you would let me know.

Happy Threads Pty.Ltd is entitled to all intellectual property rights and personal right, in particular texts,patterns, charts, images (including all photographs produced by Happy Threads Pty. Ltd and used on this website), sounds, information, documents, services and any other component of this website. This website is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Use of the content in whole or in part, in particular by means of downloading, reproduction, transmission or representation for other purposes than personal and private non-commercial use is strictly prohibited. Charts and patterns offered on the website are original creations protected by copyright. Reproduction is strictly prohibited for other purposes than personal and private non-commercial use.

LEGAL ACTION will be taken against anyone who reproduces, copies or in any manner deals with the content of this website including any chart or pattern against the terms of this website.  Not understanding the rules will not be an excuse.  Please let me know if you need clarification on the terms detailed on this page.

RULES

Rules when purchasing or with a free Happy Threads Pty. Ltd charts;

• Do not post my patterns on any forum or websites for others to download, whether for profit or not.  Any use of the pattern in any forum or website must link directly back to this site.
• Do not print out any patterns for others whether for profit or not.
• Do not use the patterns or charts as a trade or swap for others.
• Do not save the patterns or charts on your hard drive, CD burner and then offer them to others whether for profit or not.
• Do not sell the charts or patterns on ebay or etsy or anywhere else whether on the internet or from a shop location anywhere.
• Do not change or amend the chart or pattern and hold them off as your own.
• You cannot post messages in any forum or website offering to pass my patterns on to others whether for profit or not.
• Do not mass produce the charts or patterns as stitched items for sale.  The charts are to be stitched by hand only.

What you can do;

• You can use the chart or pattern for your own personal use
• You can use the chart or pattern to stitch for someone as a gift
• You can save the pattern to your computer for personal use only
• You can write to me asking for permission to use the charts for charity.
• You can approach me for licensing rights.
